BetED's problems are well documented here, both the casino frauds ("you won too much in our casino so you must have inside knowledge") and the bonus confiscations. There was a thread at the RX where people were discussing the best square books and a several people mentioned BetED. I am already on "post review" there because I once made a polite but critical post about an advertiser and my post was immediately deleted and I was placed on post review. This happened about 6 months ago and that lone post still has me on post review. ...

This is bizarre... I had a small bet on Washington RL and a bigger bet on the ML. I had a lot of action today so almost all of my account balance was in play. Matchbook correctly graded those bets winners, so I put up several new offers, and then noticed both my "total balance" and "free funds" dropped after the Florida game went official, when only the total balance should have dropped. My pending offers that were over my new account limit have all been canceled, and I can't tell if any of them were...

It never ends with these jokers:

1) I emailed them to ask about their bonus offers and was promised a 100% free play bonus on deposits up to $1000, and to "contact the person directly" to claim my bonus. The email also said I was free to call if I had any more questions. So I made my deposit of $200 and then emailed the person who offered the bonus. Several years ago I made a tiny deposit at BetUS to check them out, despite all of the bad things I heard. (The deposit was no more than $500.) They immediately switched me to a different line set after I made my deposit, before I could even place my first bet, and despite the fact that my bets weren't ever more than $100 or $200, I was very quickly put on a lengthy delay, at least 60 seconds if not 90 seconds. Pre-UIGEA I made the majority of my bets with Pinnacle and Mansion which are no longer open to Americans. My outs now largely suck so I need new ones. I thought Matchbook would be a decent choice other than the fact that they have no handicap lines, only 3 way betting, but their liquidity is terrible, and I'm not even trying to bet particularly large amounts. I have a hard time getting offers matched, even very generous ones that were better than Pinnacle, Betfair, and any of the books I checked, and I'm not a big fan...
